This Data Privacy Policy describe how we collect, use, process and disclose Personal Data through the use of our applications and websites. The This Policy applies to our consumers(riders) and drivers.

We collect Personal Data about you to facilitate your use of our Services.You give your Personal Data voluntarily in order to use our Apps and services.The data is collected during the service signup and during normal operation.

Personal Data collected during signup

Your Personal Data is an information which can be used to identify you or from which you are identifiable. This includes your name, identification number, telephone number,gender,date of birth, bank and account number,email address, your image, government-issued PSV certificate, vehicle and insurance information. Beside that you are require to upload the image of the documents such as myKad, driving license, psv, insurance cover notes and vehicle to be used. Some of the collected information is to comply with legal requirements or contractual obligations, or where it is necessary to conclude a contract. Failure to provide such Personal Data, may constitute failure to comply with legal requirements or contractual obligations and we have a right to reject your application or terminate the services.

Data collected during normal operation

The examples of Data may be collected through the normal operation of our Apps, Websites and Services are:

• Your location (to detect pick-up and drop-off locations and route variations)
• Transaction information (payment,distance, rate etc)
• feedback, ratings, compliments and complaints
• Your enter in messages when you use our in-app communication features

Sensitive Personal Data Some of the Personal Data which is sensitive in nature will be strictly used according and compliance with applicable laws

Your Personal Data will be used by our system in order to provide and improves our Apps and services. This includes using your Personal Data to:

• Track the progress of your trip and detect abnormal trip variations

• Screening driver application before enabling their use of our Services

• detecting, preventing and prosecuting crime
